General access begins at 3 PM PT on September 17, 2026. Roblox Plus subscribers were offered hub access from 9 AM PT that day.
The official public page reviewed here states the September 17–28 window but does not expose a start-hour in its visible event description. Avoid converting an unverified time zone claim into a promise.
Use a live check for the hour
Competitor pages may record a specific time from a dated capture, but the Hub and official Roblox notice are the correct places to confirm a live opening hour.
If the event is already live, the available portal state is more useful than a time-zone conversion.
